		<description>I&#8217;m trying to train smarter nowadays by giving my body time to heal and grow. Plus, the weekends are time for family. We do get out and play, which is the best exercise of all, so it&#8217;s not like I&#8217;m sleeping in all day over the weekend.</description>

		<description>Yeah, I know, a lot of hardcore bodybuilders wouldn&#039;t think of training less than 6 or 7 days a week. But I&#039;m older and wiser now and beat up from all that! So I&#039;m trying to train smarter nowadays by giving my body time to heal and grow. Plus, the weekends are time for family. We do get out and play, which is the best exercise of all, so it&#039;s not like I&#039;m sleeping in all day over the weekend. Far from it :)
