Women tend to look a lot better if they gain just a little bit of weight through proper weight training, prudent diet, and sound, peaceful sleep.

I&#039;d recommend eating at least 6 times a day (small meals) loaded with protein from sources like eggs, dairy, beef, chicken, fish, and whey protein powder. Go for a beginner-type weight-training workout (as suggested at Muscle-Build.com), and make sure you get at least 7 hours of sound sleep.

That should do it.</description>
