Back Pain? Read This

This is the first in a series of articles by Eric Cressey over at T-Nation.com. It’s called Lower Back Savers and it illuminates a lot of an issue that plagues a lot of us (count me in, too – I had a back injury about 10 years ago that still flares up to this day).
