Yea, that is very true that we often try to find excuses to skip workouts and I really don't know why...we feel good when we work out, body feels so light and when we look in the mirror we are happy but still we do that.

I thought that if you suffer from cold, you will feel tired and sleepy especially if you are taking medicine. So how can we still perform? I do agree that if you stop from workout, it is very difficult to get it back. It happen to me as well because I do exercise twice a week, joining those yoga classes. I feel lazy to continue after a long holiday too! ..:)

The researchers in the study actually found no decrease in stamina or workout ability with a cold. I share your skepticism, though :)

In the past, I've skipped a day, and then another, and another...it may be better just to "put in the time" than to let the skipping of workouts become a habit. I am TERRIBLY guilty of letting it get out of hand.

Hopefully, you are better at getting back to the gym than I am :)

Oh, I thought it is not good to do the regular workouts when having cold.

It might be okay to do the workout but we will not be having stamina or fitness level to do the workouts. So I think it will be better to skip for one or two days.

Am I correct?
