		<description>This post really hit home for me.  I&#039;m one of those skinny white boys that has a really hard time putting on muscle.  For a short time, I actually hit it with as much intensity as described above and actually gained a bit of muscle.  But, like I said, it was for a short time.  This post reminded me that if you really want something, you have to work for it like nobody&#039;s business.  

Just dooz it.

In fact you are not forced to use them, it&#039;s psychological. when you lift for 3-4 years your body gets used with  the hard workouts and stops growing. Also your genetics can stop the growth as your body prevents it&#039;s own overwaighting. Anyone who has been lifting for years know what does it mean to &quot;hit the plateau&quot;, and from here it depends on yourself and on your goal. You want to gain more - then stick on steroids, if you want to be the same and maintain the good shape and improve the relief then you shouldn&#039;t stick on them.</description>
