muscle-build Yahoo Group

I just wanted to let you know I created a Yahoo Group called “muscle-build.” This group will serve to be an active community for sharing ideas, tips, and information about bodybuilding, including (but not limited to) bulking up, building muscle, losing fat, and getting stronger.

Please join the group and start posting and responding to messages. There’s only one there right now (Welcome to the muscle-build group) but I’d like to see a TON of messages.

Include goals, successes, things you’ve learned, pictures, whatever. As long as it relates to bodybuilding, isn’t obscene, and adds value to the group, I’ll approve it!
