Yeah I think just hard consistent work outs whatever that maybe will keep you in shape. I run 3 miles 3 days a week. I feel like cardio is the best thing to work out.

One quick thought. if you go to a local crossfit you often see people in a LOT better shape than your local gym. why is that? my guess is intensity. it's far too easy to slack off when you go to the gym when the truth is MANY workout styles will work IF you put the effort into them.

Great post! I have some experience and want to share this excellent thing for building muscles. PX7030 PLATINUM is one of the best has been manufactured using proven, scientific technology. Roman Pharmaceuticals Research Development Team has raised the bar of high grade performance nutraceuticals. PX7030 PLATINUM has two proprietary blends. GF1 is a scientific blend that helps saturate the muscle cell with high grade pharmaceutical ingredients. SPT is a scientific blend that has the purest form of amino acids, including beta–alinine, by promoting high levels of intramuscular carnosine. Beta-Alanine promotes high energy levels, supports maximum muscular endurance and improves performance. L-arginine (HCL) has a nitric oxide producing ability. Its ability is to scavenge free radicals, signal muscle cells, release growth hormone, support healthy cholesterol, and enhance fat metabolism is unparallel in the industry. PX7030 PLATINUM also has very high energy blend by mixing synephrine and caffeine for focus. PX 7030 PLATINUM doe not give u that unwanted bloating feeling and stomach cramps like some pre work out powders can do. Please try this one and i am sure all will find it best. Thanks for sharing your awesome post with us.

Hey Jason, great post. Even though I've been training and have been involved in the health and fitness industry for many years now, I know over time, people learn more and more about this subject. As for me, I've realized the importance of proper form and technique...it's crucial! Also important to stay hydrated and make sure the body is warm prior to jumping straight into an exercise program. The blood's definitely got to be flowing properly and your joints need to be lubricated...a warm up is definitely part of a work out. As for stretching, perhaps more beneficial to stretch after a workout instead of prior. Again, always learning new things...and although I like sharing my thoughts, I enjoy learning from others. Great post Jason!
