Single-leg Squats

One of the best strength builders ever devised for the legs is the single-leg squat. At first, it’s a very difficult exercise to master, but once you do, you’ll LOVE IT!

Why is it so good? First, it uses muscles that you never use in a regular squat, including core and stabilizing muslces. It also gives you great balance and flexibility. Finally, it gives you an explosiveness that you won’t get from regular weight training exercises.

Plus, if you do it right (slow on the way down – and go all the way down – and explosive on the way up), you’ll build some great leaps. You’ll feel a sensation that you’ve never felt before after you do a set of ten of these!

At first, you will want to hold onto something for stability, but after a few sessions of these, you’ll be able to do them like the guy in the illustration.

Very hard work but you see results pretty quickly

  2. I have to agree. Take a “strong” guy and ask him to do 10 reps of 1 legged squats. He won’t look too strong anymore.

Very difficult exercise, but gives great results. Especially if you do them with explosion.

I have been working out for about 6 years and have tried most of the high profile muscle builders, some working more than others. I have made the discovery I was looking for. I have been using the Dr Max Powers HGH Spray for 2 months and I can feel it like nothing else. Im not sure if it is energy, strength or what. I have bigger pumps and an overall better work out. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants the best value for their money.
