		<description>Good point. I believe in the strictest form, so your last rep ought to be your last rep in strict form. No cheating. I will say, however, that I&#039;ve been known to do cheat curls, just for the negatives.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the post, my only question would be about form - at somepoint when you are lifting your last few reps in a set is it worth continuing even when you are having to engage different muscles to life the weighrs?
