It is really hard to gain those muscles, it takes hard work before you can achieve it. thanks for the info.
If you’re a hard gainer, you need to eat tons and tons of good quality carbs and protein. I’m talking about oats, veggies, fruits, brown rice, poultry, fish, beef, milk, whey, and etc.
Excellent… very nice post…
To develop muscle to this level you need to change your diet, your routine, even adopt new friends. It is a total change of lifestyle. It is hard really hard, but the payoff is incredible.

The real fit person is that without health glitches. Only eats healthy food and is exercising daily.
Being a hard gainer myself I found that eating lots of protein and getting tons of rest helps. I also don’t spend hours at the gym like I used to. I actually gained more muscle when I was hitting the gym 3 days a week vs 6 days a week. I also lift HEAVY with 8 reps max going in to failure. Just make sure you feed yourself and let your body repair itself. Worked wonders for me.
Great article, thanks for the useful and in depth information.
