		<description>Being a hard gainer myself I found that eating lots of protein and getting tons of rest helps. I also don&#039;t spend hours at the gym like I used to. I actually gained more muscle when I was hitting the gym 3 days a week vs 6 days a week. I also lift HEAVY with 8 reps max going in to failure. Just make sure you feed yourself and let your body repair itself. Worked wonders for me.</description>
