Such an effort though ! First being aware of all your muscles, taking the time to feel their state of tension. Then tensing up and release. Wow that takes a lot of dedication.
I wonder what&#039;s best, massaging a muscle or tensing up/down.
I do agree that you can reach a much more relaxed state once you&#039;ve tensed up/down the muscles.
