Nutrition supplement companies often make grandiose claims about the efficacy of their products. Hyperbole abounds. You shell out your hard-earned dollars for elixirs that promise bigger muscles, fat-loss miracles, and gi-normous muscle-pumps. But do they work? The answer can be found at supplement scams and supplements that work.
