The 3 Pillars of Weight Training

I just wrote a new page over at Muscle-Build.com called “3 Pillars” – in it I describe the 3 critical COMPLETELY NECESSARY components of a weight training and bodybuilding program.

In short, it can be summed up like this -

Train right | Eat right | Rest right

That’s really all there is to it. Now, go out and learn how to do each of those things! In some respects, it’s harder to learn these things than you could ever imagince (like rest), but in other ways, they’re all too easy (less is usually more in training and eating frequency).

You can learn a ton over at Muscle-Build.com and Hardgainer Manifesto.

I love how simple you have made this post. People tend to over think things in the beginning. It really is pretty simple to get started. I think the biggest mistake most guys make is not eating right. Thanks for the clear concise post. I will add a link to my blog!
