What Is the Fastest Way to Build Muscle?
I just wrote an article called “Fastest Way to Build Muscle” over at Muscle-Build.com. You’ll want to check it out. It’s more “3 Pillars” stuff! You cannot get away from a proper balance of training, diet, and recovery. It’s impossible. Don’t even try it. You will undermine your own goals if you try to disprove this time-tested strategy.
If you aren’t making the gains you want, look to exercise, nutrition, and recovery, and I guarantee you’ll find the source of your poor results.
Building muscle is like any other project you might undertake in life: It’s a process that requires specific steps be taken, in the right quantities and at the right times. Plus, there needs to be time for recuperation. Muscles that are broken down by hard training must be given the nutrients and the rest intervals they need in order to not only repair themselves but to grow bigger and stronger.
There really is no other way.

I agree too many times people want to lose weight and build muscle over night. They think if they go to the gym a few times they will be bigger. It is important to understand that it takes time to get bigger and is about more than just working out. It is a complete lifestyle change.

Yes one common mistake many people make in an effort to gain muscle fast is to overtrain. Remember that it’s during your rest period that your muscles actually grow, so you must give it enough time to recover.
ANother great tip I have is to avoid getting too stressed, and get some quality sleep – sleeping before midnight is higher quality of rest than sleeping way after midnight so try to sleep early.

exelent post! mercy!!!
So good to see nutrition included in building muscle. So many trainers have such strong opinions on just working out, or even being negative about protein shakes…so Thank you
Too true, too true. Every achievement requires an effort, muscle building especially.
Take good amount of water and concentrate on your workout and do take care of your hormone levels in body i have written so many articles in regarding water and hormones…

I echo the previous comment on taking care your hormone levels in your body. Two people that start the same, train the same, eat the same, rest the same may get different results in how much they grow based on their hormone levels which in turn is partially determined by genes.
This is true. Building the body you want requires listening to the feedback your body gives you when you train, eat, sleep, and recover. It’s about creating a virtuous cycle, rather than a vicious cycle. Start with a sound program, record everything (workouts — sets, reps, exercises, weights, rest, order, when, duration; what, where, how much and when you eat; how much you sleep, when you went to sleep, when you woke up. All that stuff.) and see where it takes you.
I was a little skeptical when i first read about the Dr. Max Powers HGH Spray ( I found it at http://www.drmaxpowers.com), since I’m not a huge fan adding to much “unknown” to my diet.
After using 1 bottle i exploded in energy. I had some problems increasing muscle and bulking up on my biceps and chest for a few months, but after taking this for 3 weeks i increased my lift by 30%, more intensity, more focus and just an overall good felling day around.
I have had no real side effects. The only thing i might mention is that you can get a aggressive a little easier than before. But if you use it in the gym or to work out and not on your fellow people, then i wouldn’t worry about it. Ohh, and yes, blood is pumping all day long, which can have the side effect of your “little friend” turning active at times you might not want him to
I do recommend the Dr. Max Powers HGH spray to those looking for a healthy way to increase their strength
Great post! Thanks for sharing this with everyone!
I would suggest to consider targeting the muscles on your weaker side first to maintain muscle balance.

It’s also important to remember that what works for one person won’t necessarily work for you, and vice-versa. You really need to pay attention to how your bodt responds to your training.

the guys are right above dont over train everyone thinks you need to hit the gym every day to build muscle but strenous workout with the proper rest is best.
I don't think there's any fastest way to it…. there are many boys who are in that dream.actually, they should be given proper guidance. other wise, by following some wrong ways their health will be spoiled.
Unfortunately, too many people think that it happens overnight and refuse to devote time and effort. Then they complain as to why they don't see results.. It's sad.
When I was in high school I gained an inch around my arms in 6 weeks. I just followed a diet, and the right exercises. It turns to flab if you don't keep working out though, let me tell ya. Ha.
Many of us would want to build muscles over night, but the truth is that every good thing comes only if you work hard to obtain it. There are a lot of guys that just work out and don't realize they need nutriments to strengthen their bodies. Gaining muscles is like a business, you have to work at it every day.
Very true. Nutrients and sufficient rest intervals play a crucial role. Thanks for reminding us.
For me, training and of course recovery, are the easy parts. It's nutrition that is the hardest. Eating the right amount of protein, and getting the right amount of calories takes a lot of dedication and devotion.
