Hey, if you want massive arms (and who doesn't, right?), then you gotta work 'em hard. But there's a right way and a wrong way, and I'd suggest that if you don't have a pair of guns, then you're working them wrong.
Well, now you can correct that!

This arm routine will beat you up and break you down, before it builds you up bigger and stronger than before. Staley’s stuff is rock-solid, with a lot of unique and different lifts. It’s really worthwhile to take a look at more of his stuff.

This book rocks! For a “sample,” it beats most pay-for products in depth of material. This thing is over 50 pages long. Some sample!
