These reports are all the same.. No wonder they are free, the information is for everyone to find on Google anyhow. But good “summary” for someone new to the game, though.
@Forbrukslan, I’m not sure I understand how they’re “all the same.” They may all be free, but they are all different. Maybe the “sameness” comes from the fact that all the experts do the same things, but say them slightly differently?
After all, there are only a handful of things you really must know to gain size, cut fat, or get in better shape. Wouldn’t you agree?

They`re all the same; what you have to do gain muscle or lose fat is still the same, no matter how many “revolutionary” exercises you think you have discovered and have included in your program.. For example, 12 or 13 reps really doesnt matter, no matter what some of the gurus say..
