Special on Old School Bodybuilding Material
I’ve always been a fan of Ironman Magazine. It always had that gnarly, old school-style feel to it. Plus, it’s always had a great stable of great — if mostly underrated — writers.
Right now, you can get a bunch of eBooks PLUS a subscription for one full year for a really low, special price.

what is the best exercise to loose my big tummy & have it flat?
@Joel0719 Interval Training! Do your regular weight routine. In between sets, do high-intensity aerobics for 40 seconds (near max effort). Then go back to your weight routine. Do this for the entirety of the workout, alternating between a set of weights and a “set” of intervals. Don’t take ANY breaks at all.
Then, diet. You have to burn more calories than you consume.

Very very informative!
what do you suggest for ab crunches? best method
Ab crunches are super easy – just lie on the floor and roll your chin to try to touch your navel. Your lower back stays flat on the floor. Cross your arms in front of you to take out the temptation of using them for momentum.
do you believe that you can over exercise if you work out too much?
@Puppy Names – Of course. We call it overtraining and it can lead to poor results, set backs, and even injuries. None of these things are good

Overtraining IS INDEED quite real! Response Fatigue is the more general name for it. That’s the point beyond which repeating the same movement/sequence results in a decrease in performance rather than an improvement.
Thanks for making this venue available Bill.

About working out too much; I once heard some guy saying that there`s no such thing as over training, only under eating. I guess it would be safe to assume that he either uses steroids or have genes like Superman. Off course you can work out too much, and it`ll stop you from getting as big and strong as you want to be.
Just as you can overeat, you can overtrain. “Over” just means too much. It’s not like you’re going to die, but…
Imagine overfilling your car’s engine with oil. Oil is good for a car right? So if 5 quarts is good, 6 is better, right?
Wrong! Putting too much oil in your crankcase actually puts more stress on the engine and even robs you of horsepower and cuts down on your gas mileage.
So, more is not always better. “Right” is right. Over or undertraining is sub-optimal. Get it right, get results. Get it wrong on either side of the equation and you suffer similar (albeit possibly different) consequences.
Pain and its underlying cause must be properly treated to prevent it from getting worse, and deteriorating to the point where surgery and other invasive treatments.thanks for sharing the informative post.
