Fantastic advice. I work in an IT company where I have to spend full 12 hours sitting at the system. I am suffering from this back pain problem. My CrossTrainer suggested me to do physical exercises but it didn't work. Now I will try for this. I am very thankful to you for sharing this information. I hope it will work.

I was very disappointed in the book as the title indicated that the remedy for back pain would be in the book. There was good general information, but the website to refer to in the pages showed that to get the full story, you had to purchase $98 worth of extra material. I feel a huge let down about the strings that were attached. True, the book was free online for the shipping fee, now I know why.

There is a very new non surgical procedure now available for herniated or bulging discs. It's non surgical spinal decompression and has a very good success rate.

I can personally say that homeade hack squats are NEVER a good idea. I tried this out when I first started getting into the whole muscle building craze, it's been hurting me until this day.

However, I integrate Escalating Density Training for all of my workouts now and am getting some decent results without harming the safety of my back to much.

Thank you for the helpful suggestion.
