I have gained HUGE LBS before but in past few years it has completely gone back to hardgainer status. to me there’s no explination, can you figure out a certain set of excersises or are some just screwed?
my kids leave me running non-stop with no breaks, is there a way to keep muscle loss around this?
@arnesty I’d suggest you look at your rest and recovery program, as well as your diet. If you’re working out right (Little Red Riding Hood “not too much, not too little”), then it’s most likely you’re not giving your muscles enough time or nutrition to rebuild.
Take a look at my hardgainer training pages for some tips.

Ah, now I get it!
My kids run me ragged, too. You gotta learn to relax, if even just a few minutes at a time. Yoga and meditation will help. If you work away from home, you can certainly think about taking a nap after lunch, depending — of course — your your work schedule flexibility.

I’ve been looking for a simple meal planning chart. Thanks for the link.
Thanks for the meal plan. Also, it is best to keep to a regular meal schedule. Having meals at irregular times just upsets the body rhythms.
