    I have gained HUGE LBS before but in past few years it has completely gone back to hardgainer status. to me there’s no explination, can you figure out a certain set of excersises or are some just screwed?

    @arnesty I’d suggest you look at your rest and recovery program, as well as your diet. If you’re working out right (Little Red Riding Hood “not too much, not too little”), then it’s most likely you’re not giving your muscles enough time or nutrition to rebuild.

    Ah, now I get it! :)

    My kids run me ragged, too. You gotta learn to relax, if even just a few minutes at a time. Yoga and meditation will help. If you work away from home, you can certainly think about taking a nap after lunch, depending — of course — your your work schedule flexibility.

    Thanks for the meal plan. Also, it is best to keep to a regular meal schedule. Having meals at irregular times just upsets the body rhythms.
