zubair_mehar,
The other week- to try to get ahead of the Christmas gorging- I started jump roping every morning. It kicked my butt. I could only do five minutes at a time! Still- it was great excercise and cheap too: only a couple bucks for a jumprope.
I like your site, nice and clean. Nick really loves his cable crossover pushups. He is definitely creative with his exercises.
Thanks for the tip on the book of chest training.
Cya.
Great article – I myself love the bench press – both flat and incline. Build those pecs baby!!
a chest exercise that most people don’t do that’s quite effective is the decline bench press – it works out the bottom of the chest.
@ how to cure – It sure is great for that. Though I will say most people need more upper chest development than lower. But if that’s an area where you’re lacking, then by all means do declines!
