Vince Gironda used to prescribe all sorts of wacky diets to his students, including mixing half and half, milk, and protein powders, plus up to 3 dozen eggs a day for very short periods of time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;His results speak for themselves. He was totally against the use of drugs, but he was totally behind proper supplementation and nutrition.&lt;/p&gt;

Being an ectomorph and 42 yrs old, I need all the help that I can get in regards to adding muscle. &#160;I have been able to put on 17 lbs. since summer @ 14% BF and eggs have been a huge factor in that. I also keep milk in my diet and quite a bit of peanut butter. Good luck.</description>
