Wow! Incredible body! Actually, I haven't seen this kind of people in my whole life yet. Only on TV. Perhaps, I can't stop myself saying, Awesome! How many years they have enhanced their body and muscles? Why are they doing this? Well, it is okay to have that kind of body but still, I will choose a man who have normal fit.

@ Somanabolic, Louie was my favorite of all time. He wasn't the best--I admit it--but he was a great role model for me and many others. Didn't hurt that he rocked the WSM and was the Incredible Hulk :)

It's awesome that you have "figured it out," as far as hiring and working with smart people--many of us have never and probably never will learn that :)

I remember seeing this in high school. I've been trying to build myself up, not to this level of course -- my body is not capable of this level of build, ever since seeing guys like this. But I've been developing my own system and I've gone so far as to hire guys smarter then me to build software to track and promote my progress. It's awesome!

I'm really with Rock on this one. I think it's interesting or even fascinating to see someone get their body that big and built, but there is still that "gross" factor. Men like women thin, but there is such a thing as too thin and ti's gross even to men. Being too big is often (not always) gross to women. I suppose extremes have their drawbacks, but to each his own I guess! I will say though that in recent movies and photos Lou still looks pretty built but not overly so - probably since he's not competing.

We found last year that having 5 or so volunteers on hand all day was crucial to the success of the workshop. If you are an experienced Drupaller, patient enough to help beginners as they learn the basics of Drupal, and can spend a Friday contributing to the local Drupal community, your help would be most welcome.

Man, I don't know if it's possible to be TOO built, but that sure does look nasty in a way. It looks like his veins and arms might explode if he moves or flexes the wrong way. His head kinda of even looks like it doesn't belong on his body because of the way it matches. Anyway, pretty crazy.

Hi Ben, great to meet you! Lou was my personal favorite mostly because of 3 things: 1, he was the underdog against Arnold, 2, he was the Incredible Hulk, and 3, he rocked the World's Strongest Man competition. He was so strong! He and Franco showed that bodybuilders were not only big but strong, too.

First, a quick intro - Ben from Build-Muscle-and-Burn-Fat.com among other site. Found your blog today, and immediately threw it into the reader. Nice work!
Yeah, Lou is still a beast (or at least he is on those re-runs of King of Queens). Without seeing everyone in the Olympia that year, 12th seems harsh, BUT... Lou had to be getting old (in bodybuilder years) by then right?
Not to mention that Yates was just a beast...
Look forward to reading and getting to know you better!
