What major cities is 24 hour fitness currently operating in?

What is that body bugg calorie management system shown in the page you have given? Have you used that? Is it worth the money?
It’s a pretty nifty device that measures calories burned throughout the day – you can read all about it here.
Here’s a map. They’re in Orlando, Miami, Nashville, Portland, Reno, San Francisco bay area (all over), Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Omaha, St. Louis, Phoenix, Kansas City, Las Vegas, and many, many others.
The bodybugg is the most accurate (available and reasonable cost) device to measure the amount of calories you burn throughout the day. I'm a huge fan of it. Between that telling me exactly how many calories are burned in different parts of my day (sleeping, working out or just being at work) and the software that helps me keep track of my caloric intake, I feel like loosing weight might not be all that tough.

Joining a gym just gives you the added motivation to make use of the facilities and in the process gives you a better-looking body. What I find is that if a few friends get together and join the same gym, then, it is even better as each encourages one another to keep going.
@Catch So true! Whatever gets you to work out consistently is what you need to do. Working with another partner or even a group is one way.
