  1. I have been cutting for the last 2 months and have not dropped a pound BUT i can see VERY noticeable changes in my body.

  4. yes, I agree with the point that drinking  water before and after  lunch helps in reducing weight by burning  fats in your body . this has perfectly worked for ME.
