Who really knows with the Oprah. If you have that much money it shouldn't that difficult to lose weight with the resources she has access to.
Yeah, her and Janet Jackson. They’ve lost more weight and gained it back than anybody I’ve ever known.
I guess it's easy to put the blame on weight problems in something other that yourself. But in the end, it's all about your diet and what you do to stay healthy.

Weirdly though, ever since I've heard about that, people that I know or are acquiantances with, that were slightly heavy actually lost weight and had their doctors diagnosed them with a thyroid problem.
@ Girl Gone Healthy – sure, but did it really matter what the cause was? In a clinical sense, yes, but what if they had never been correctly diagnosed? Would they still have taken steps to lose weight? And would they have lost weight even if they never knew they had a “thyroid problem?” People who are overweight usually have an eating problem, in that they consume more calories than they can burn. Adjusting the thyroid may or may not help.
