As you know, this site is all about building muscle and burning body fat. We also talk about other fitness-related stuff here, too.

Once in a great while I may talk about other things like Do Follow and Site Performance. Today, I want to continue in that vein for two very important reasons:

1. It will help you build more backlinks. More backlinks equals higher search engine placement which equals more traffic.
