I really eat a lot whenever I get few hours of sleep. Maybe it has something to do with our hormones. But anyway, it&#039;s really&#160; important that we get enough sleep to stay fit and healthy. 		<description>Wow, I myself have seen this in real life, I&#039;d go to sleep having done a circuit class earlier for 6 hours and wake up feeling more heavier, more fatter than when I had 10 hours, so this helps a lot and really does nail it down to everyone that sleep/rest, is great for weight loss.</description>
