Okay, the title of this post may be a little misleading, as weight loss, especially healthy weight loss, really is fat loss and to lose fat effectively, you have to exercise. But the types of food you eat can make all the difference in your success.

In order to become thinner, you must find a balanced diet, that has enough protein to give energy to lose weight, but not too much to gain it. Additionally, your diet needs to be low GI, sugar content and carbohydrates as these are fat products easily eaten.

Denying your self food and living on crackers and water and still not losing weight? You can't as long as you do that! That extra weight took time to put on and it will take time to lose, too, but you can do it!.
Protein is good for our health and if you do regular exercises than protein is necessary for our body.It does not mean that extra protein gives extra strength.It is true that types of food you eat plays an important role for a successful weight loss.
