Save Moolah AND Get Faster Results?
I just received this update from my partners over at Prograde. Trust me, you want to read it.
I've got their permission to share it with you word for word.
From the Desk of Jayson Hunter:
Simply put, if you're looking to flatten your belly you definitely want to be planning your meals.
Fail to plan, plan to fail. Sorry, but it's true.
And yes, that means you want to plan what you're going to eat a week in advance.
Ummm, yes again, that takes WORK.
But you don't have to do the work. I've already done it for you.
Seriously, I really have.
I've got a 90 Day Meal Plan that outlines in simple language exactly what you need to eat and when.
And I've also got shopping lists and weekly planners for you as well.
I want to hand over to you everything you need to get faster results as easy as possible.
The best part is you get it absolutely FREE when you become a Prograde VIP member!
Which reminds me, I've been getting some questions about our brand new membership program, so here are some FAQs for you on that:
- Yes, it only costs $47 to be a member for an entire year.
- There is absolutely NO obligation to buy anything else.
- Yes, you get the DONE-FOR-YOU 90 Day Meal Plan FREE of charge with your membership.
- No, your card will NOT be charged again in a year from now.
- There are NO hidden monthly fees or anything silly like that.
- Yes, the 5% VIP discount applies to both sales and Smart Ships.
In other words:
Every month while you are a Prograde VIP your Smart Ship order will be an additional 5% off!
And as an example, when we do a sale for a Prograde product at 15% off our VIPs will get 20% off!
Finally, YES, it makes a heck of a lot of sense to become a Prograde VIP member! But you only have until tomorrow night (August 18, 2010) at 11:59pm EST to do so.

i'd be interested in implementing this idea for my site. get in touch with me.
@ Sam – what idea would that be?
Great article, I completely agree that diet is the number one step to getting a flatter tummy. The second step is lots and lots of cardio exercise. Please don't do hundreds of sit-ups! there's no point having a six pack hidden under a layer of fat!
You have to give special attention and effort to finish any task and bodybuilding is no different. To build your muscles, you should follow a special routine and diet. Without relevant determination, commitment and information, muscle building cannot be achieved within few days. As it takes considerable time frame, the person's patience is of paramount importance, as being impatient can spoil the exercise agenda as well as the dietary system.
The only plans that I can make when it comes to mealtime is what place to eat out at!
Maybe i wouldnt need to do so much running if I planned what I ate a little more effectively lol
to build muscles is need exercise, yes a continues exercise. that's work for me.
I agree that in order to get the most out of your workout and fitness regime, you need to be eating correctly. No sense spending two hours a day working out if you’re going ot be fueling that with a diet of cheeseburgers
thanks for this blog
this helped me a lot and others
keep it up.
thank to share it
One of the primary benefits of the Arnold Press is that the Arnold Press gives a wide range of motion.
This article is really true, we really need to do proper diet to gain a good and healthy body…Efforts are really needed to achieved anything..Just be persistent and focus on your goal of losing and having a good body shape..
Really intriguing article, one that is not so common today. Too many members of our community rely on these 'lose fat easy programs' which simply does not work, as they must remember that they have to work equally as hard as the producers. It's true in saying you should save the 'moolah' and put your efforts into diet and control and do not procrastinate.
I do like the wide range of motion that the Arnold press provides.
I really love body building.
Looks like a great program. Eating right is by far the hardest part of training.
I reaffirm and attest to how good this program is often difficult for us to achieve planned … And by choice, it is difficult to accomplish.
I like how you present your arguements. No quick fix, no flash, just get right down to it and say that if you want results, your'e going to have to make the commitment to getting there.
good results thanks admin
this is great so that we could have our plan meal and we can be assure that this is just right ..
i love your advices
Great, I completely agree that diet plan could be the amount 1 step to obtaining a flatter tummy. The second action is plenty and a lot of cardio exercise. Please don't do hundreds of sit-ups! there's no point having a six pack hidden under a layer of fat!
This is a great idea i hope it saves me money
