    Great points about cardio. I'm finding that the biggest factor with my own cardio is staying consistent with it over the long haul. The best way to do that for me is to change things up every time and to not go too hard in every cardio session. I just go hard enough to where it's a little difficult to keep a conversation going.

    Although I've never personally had experience with "Insanity". But I have a few close friends who has done the program.
    They say its no joke. And that it is extremely hard.
    I have no doubt that it works, since the exercises are fast paced and will definitely get your heart rate up.

  6. Well, I strongly believe that a large part of potential success when it comes to reducing love handles is to look at your diet. No junk foods, no carbonated drinks, minimal to no beer intake. Take lean cuts of meats. And im pretty sure it will work for anybody. Of course, to see even faster and more effective results, one will have to take note of even more things, like cardio, exercising and so on.

    The unfitting names, love handle and wisdom teeth, are indeed funny or maybe ironic. The insanity workout seems interesting. Love handles are not so lovely, its annoying actually so thanks for the tips. :)

    I agree that you have to increase your cardio to get rid of body fat. Research shows that High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is the best and most effective way get rid of body fat. What I like abt Insanity is that it is one of the most effective HIIT workouts on the market. ShaunT is a great trainer and very motivating.  By the time you reach the 2nd phase and the workouts are more intense and require more mental fortitude than physical stamina.  It's my go to cardio workout on my cardio days. I love it!

    No doubt, kickboxing is the most effective workout today. I'm so sure of this because a few months ago I also followed some kickboxing bootcamp classes at http://www.personaltrainertoronto.com  and I was very impressed with the results.     It's really hard when you have love handles. They look ugly when you're sitting down and it's very difficult to find jeans or shorts that fit you well.     I heard a lot about Insanity workout from my friends and they say that there is a reason why it is called that way. It is really a demanding workout but all the hard work will surely pay off. If you are serious about losing weight, then this is the best workout for you.

  18. I think you have to be fairly fit to even start the Insanity program. I also think it's aptly named.
    Definitely need to look at your whole lifestyle if you have love handles. Combination of eating properly and reasonable exercise, did the trick for me.
    I have really bad knees so the Insanity program wouldn't work for me. When you have issues with knees etc. then you have to approach weight loss from a little different perspective, I think.

  19. I have heard the insanity workout is really hard and intense. I guess thats why it called insanity. You need to be focused and do regular workouts to see good results as with any workout.
