Announcing the Bodybuilding for Beginners eCourse

I’ve just finished an eCourse, delivered right to your email inbox, called “Bodybuilding for Beginners.” It’s a 3-installment piece designed to give the beginning bodybuilder the foundation he or she needs to get started with a weight training program. It covers the “3 Pillars” — Training, Nutrition, and Rest.

Of course, I encourage you to subscribe to The Muscle-Build.com Blog feed and to visit, and revisit, the Muscle-Build.com web site for supplemental material. There is a TON of bodybuilding information in books and on the web; I’d hate for you to limit your education by neglecting to read lots of sources.
