		<description>I love pullups. I see them as one of the most functional exercises you have for the upper body. I&#039;ve got a bunch of variations that I like to do them so its not stale. My favorite...max reps in a set time frame. One min, as many as you can do type things. Fun stuff, makes you really dig deep.
