Bench Press – 225 x 46
Here's a video of a school teacher doing 46 reps with 225 in the bench press. This is quite impressive. Thanks, Charles Lloyd Fitness for the link!

Here's a funny video about how squats can cure cancer, as told to a young man by a powerlifting robot.
WARNING: Contains potentially offensive language and is somewhat negative towards bodybuilders and powerlifters at the same time (which I didn't think was possible).
For whatever reason, I couldn't save this post yesterday with the video included. Here's my 8th attempt -
This is a video where me and my boy are doing bench presses, without a bench, a barbell, or any gym equipment!
Here’s one you may have never seen before — the standing Nilsson Curl. It uses your bodyweight, with your arms braced against a barbell, to do what at first appears to be a chin-up.
But it’s all biceps! The beauty of the standing version is that you can spot yourself (i.e., lift with your legs) to get in enough reps. In fact, this is the version I suggest you use at first because you may not be able to get in even one rep at first with the “standard” Nilsson curls!
Check the video of Nick himself performing the exercise. It’s really good stuff.

My friend Nick Nilsson has just released his latest Frankenstein workout routine, made especially for the arms. It’s called, “The Best Arm Exercises You Have Never Hear Of” and it totally will blow your mind.
I dare you to try the Nilsson Curl. It blasts your biceps like you won’t believe! It’s totally killer stuff.
There’s also the tricep pushdown, with a TWIST (not literally).
PLUS, he has separate routines for MEN and WOMEN. So, ladies, there’s no excuse not to pump up your arms!
