New User Forum

Like what you see here? Become a subscriber today and get a ton of free stuff!. Thanks for coming back!

This is a quick note to let you know that the Muscle-Build.com user forum is now online.

Take a quick look at it and tell me what you think. Read the Ground Rules, take a look at the Feature Requests, and add an Introduction.

Right now, there is only a Building Muscle forum in the User Forum. There will be more topics added as time goes on.

If there's something you'd like to see right away, please use the Feature Requests piece to add your input on what I should add to the forums.

There are a few ways to get to the User Forums -

http://forum.muscle-build.com
Navigate there from the "Forum" button on Muscle-Build.com
Navigate there from the "Forum" button on the Muscle-Build.com blog

For the time being, the forum is open to anyone wishing to learn from it and/or contribute. However, I may close this down once we get to some substantial numbers.

I'll also consider a private forum, too, that may or may not be free. I'm just not sure. Demand will drive that decision (hey, I gotta pay the bills)…

However, I will make a commitment to you: Register now and you'll be a lifetime member of the forum – I won't charge you a penny to get all the features that a "premium" member might get in the future.

Why am I doing this? I want to reward my loyal readers with something that they cannot get anywhere else.

Plus, I want the forum to grow. It will not be a successful forum until there's a number of folks using it, participating, adding to the conversation, etc.

I'll be adding a Preview section to the forum, too, where I will post links to my drafts of my newest products. You can read any of them without having to purchase the product.

I will be looking for moderators, too. Hopefully, the forum will grow to a big enough size that we'll need several. I've already got one or two folks in mind, but if you want to be considered, please reply to this email and I'll consider you.

I know, I said this would be a quick note. I hope you read it really fast!

Happy holidays – I hope your Christmas turned out well!

Happy Holidays

I sent out a note to my email lists this morning, and I want to say the same to you:

I wanted to take a little bit of your time today to wish you happy holidays, and if you celebrate it, a Merry Christmas.

This is the time of year where we spend a lot of our time sharing old stories with our families, eating good food, and perhaps partaking in a little celebratory wine, beer, or other adult beverage!

It's also a time where we reflect back on the year and determine if we've strayed from the path we want to be on. It's also when we thank those who have helped us.

Finally, it's a time where we all can pull out a little something extra for that young child in need of a warm jacket, a hot meal, or something else that she's lacking.

I sincerely hope that you had a productive 2009 and know that you'll have an even better 2010. Keep moving forward and you're bound to succeed!

Best of luck. Thanks for reading.

Bill

Nick Nilsson’s Best Chest Exercises

I just started up a new site called Best Exercises, where I did a review of Nick Nilsson's Best Chest Exercises You Have Never Heard Of.

in the book, Nick details the hows and whys of doing 53 unique exercises that are sure to blow up your chest like an overgrown puffer fish.

I really like it; I think you will too.

My Road to 15,000 Visitors

I set the bar too high. Last month, I set my sights on 10,000 visits for Muscle-Build.com. This month, I increased that figure to 15k. Expecting a 50 percent increase in traffic was surely a "stretch goal."

Unfortunately, I think I pulled something!

I'm so far away from 15k that I don't think I have a snowball's chance in hell. I most likely will hit 10k again, and maybe even get 12k, but surely not 15k, what with the holidays very close by.

And I think that goal is now too lofty for January, too.

I thank everyone for helping me out. I encourage all of you to spread the word – tell a friend, Stumble an article, tweet it, etc. Take another look at Muscle-Build.com and let others know how valuable it is.

Thank you very much. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.

Follow Up to Do Follow

In case you guys hadn’t guessed yet, my blog is not only do follow for the comment link, but also the links within the comments!

Don’t abuse this feature; if you do, I’ll tag you as SPAM and will take down your comment.

However, if you leave a relevant comment with an equally relevant link within the comment, I’ll post it and both your name and your internal link will be “do follow.”

Cool?
