How-to
I've been running the Muscle-Build.com series of sites for a few years now and lately I've been re-thinking how to make this your go-to site for muscle-building, fat-loss, and fitness needs.
One of the things I think Muscle-Build.com has been lacking is in its organization. I'm a "stream of conscience" type writer, in that I write when inspiration hits me. This site reflects that – there's a LOT of content here (some tell me too much!) and it's hard to navigate around to find what you're looking for.
One critical thing you can use to find specific information is the Search button up at the top of this site. It's pretty useful for this purpose. One thing I'm contemplating is using Google for my search functionality. It might be better than the standard WordPress search. I don't know.
Another way to find what you're looking for is to use the categories. I think they're pretty self explanatory. Use them to browse specific topics.
This blog and my main site are meant to be a) read and b) browsed. Feel free to jump around. This is certainly NOT a "do this then do that" web site. My ebooks are very specific in the step-by-step approach. However, these blogs are not. You may have to look around to find what you're looking for.
What I said above applies to Muscle-Build.com, too. While it's more a static site, the pages have all been written as I identified needs for them.
Therefore, the same caveats apply.
I do want to mention that there are several delivery methods for this material. Of course, you can visit the sites every day and see if there's anything new. A better, perhaps more convenient method, is to use a feedreader like google's Reader to fetch updates when they occur.
The best way, however, in my opinion, is to subscribe to my email list. This way, I send you an update each week that contains all of the blog posts I've made since the last time out, plus you get the occasional email from me with a highly-topical or timely message (and no, cynic, they're not always attempts at selling you something – they're often something that I just ran across and wanted to tell you right away about it).

Yeah, you're definitely an awesome one-stop-shop for all things muscle related. I like that you have lots of articles gathered from lots of different experts. Really helps weed through the huge proliferation of info out there that's primarily just some guy's opinion that's taken a supplement.
I'm new to the world of bodybuilding but I really want to start getting into good shape. I just don't know where to begin. Your blog has tons of info and was recommended to me by a friend. Any suggestions on where to begin? Thanks
