			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s one you may have never seen before &#8212; the standing Nilsson Curl. It uses your bodyweight, with your arms braced against a barbell, to do what at first appears to be a chin-up.</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s all biceps! The beauty of the standing version is that you can spot yourself (i.e., lift with your legs) to get in enough reps. In fact, this is the version I suggest you use at first because you may not be able to get in even one rep at first with the &#8220;standard&#8221; Nilsson curls!</p>
<p>Check the video of Nick himself performing the exercise. It&#8217;s really good stuff.</p>
